Jemma is a dedicated and experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in paediatric nutrition and gut health for all ages. With a passion for supporting families and children facing feeding challenges, she uses Responsive Feeding Therapy to help her clients overcome feeding difficulties including Avoidant/restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and fussy eating. Her approach focuses on creating positive, lasting relationships with food, ensuring each child can progress at their own pace in a secure and nurturing environment.

In addition to this, Jemma works closely with individuals of all ages dealing with gastrointestinal issues including food intolerances, sensitivities and allergies. Drawing on evidence-based guidelines, she provides tailored strategies for managing complex gut health concerns. Jemma is also Monash FODMAP trained.

Jemma works alongside other health professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Her approach empowers parents and caregivers, offering the tools and knowledge they need to support their child’s progress at home and making mealtimes a more enjoyable experience.
